Will you contact our end customer directly?
No. We work as your supply-chain support partner. Your customer relationship, quotation position, project management and installation business stay with your company.
Are you a greenhouse contractor or installer?
Our role is material package supply and coordination. We support sourcing, technical communication, QC, packing and export delivery. Local installation, permits and site management normally remain with the contractor.
Can we use your information under our own project brand?
Yes. For contractor cooperation, we can provide package information, scope notes and supply assumptions that help your internal review or proposal preparation.
Can you sign an NDA before we send drawings?
Yes. If the project is sensitive, we can start with an NDA before reviewing drawings, tender documents or detailed BOM files.
02 / BOM & Technical
Drawing review, missing items and technical assumptions.
Can you quote if our BOM is incomplete?
Yes. We can start from drawings, sketches or a partial list, then mark assumptions and missing items. A final quotation should be confirmed after scope, quantities and key specifications are clear.
What documents are best for review?
General layout drawings, greenhouse section drawings, structure drawings, equipment list, tender documents, installation scope notes and any existing BOM are useful.
Who is responsible for final engineering approval?
Final local code compliance, permits and stamped engineering usually remain with the contractor or local engineer. We can support material coordination and supplier technical information for review.
03 / Sourcing & Scope
What can be included in the material package.
Can you coordinate several factories?
Yes. We can coordinate structure, aluminum, glazing, vents, screens, irrigation, climate and accessories through one supply workflow.
Can we buy only part of the package?
Yes. Some contractors only need structure and glazing; others need a wider complete package. We define the boundary before pricing.
Can you source replacement parts?
For compatible greenhouse parts, we can review dimensions, photos and drawings, then check available sourcing options and minimum order requirements.
Can you include spare parts?
Yes. Spare fasteners, seals, connectors and fragile accessories can be included when the installation risk or project distance makes replacement difficult.
04 / QC & Delivery
Control points before shipment reaches your project site.
How do you reduce missing-part risk?
We check BOM logic, accessory lists, supplier packing information, labels and loading photos. For complex packages, we also separate key accessory groups so site teams can identify materials more easily.
Do you inspect every item?
Inspection scope depends on package type and project risk. We focus on practical control points such as quantity, dimensions, visible quality, label accuracy, packing strength and container loading sequence.
Can you provide loading photos and packing lists?
Yes. Container loading photos, packing lists and document review are part of the delivery-control workflow when included in the cooperation scope.
What if site installation finds an issue?
We help trace the issue against drawings, BOM, packing records and supplier information. The solution depends on the cause, urgency and whether replacement, local adjustment or supplier follow-up is most practical.
05 / Commercial
Pricing, payment, timing and repeat cooperation.
How early should we involve you?
Earlier is better. Tender-stage review helps catch missing scope, unrealistic assumptions and supplier lead-time risks before your final offer is submitted.
Can you help improve project margin?
We aim to improve margin through coordinated China sourcing, package purchasing and logistics planning, while protecting the material completeness needed for installation efficiency.
What payment terms do you use?
Terms depend on supplier scope, production type, project size and credit risk. We define payment milestones clearly before production starts.
Can we build a long-term contractor supply channel?
Yes. For repeat contractors, we can develop a stable workflow for common package types, supplier preferences, packing rules and review checklists.
