Material Inspection
Dimensions, surface, specification, quantity and component condition.
Quality & Delivery Control
We check material quality, quantities, packing, documents and loading records so contractors can reduce missing items, wrong specifications and shipment surprises.
Control Scope
Greenhouse packages include long metal profiles, fragile glass, accessories, equipment, documents and multiple supplier shipments. We build control points around each risk area before the container leaves China.
Dimensions, surface, specification, quantity and component condition.
Packing list, invoice, inspection files and shipment reference documents.
Protection method, labels, sequence and site unloading logic.
Container photos, loading sequence, seal details and shipment handover.
Factory QC
We review key materials against the confirmed package scope. For aluminum profiles, structure parts and accessories, inspection focuses on dimensions, finishing, quantities, visible defects and whether the materials match the BOM.
QC Checkpoints
Cross-section, length, surface, seal channel and bundle condition.
Member list, galvanizing, connection holes, plates and quantity.
Crate condition, edge protection, loading direction and breakage risk.
Model, quantity, labels, spare parts and supplier packing list.
Document Review
For project materials, documents must support customs clearance, warehouse receiving, site unloading and contractor handover. We review documents against the package scope and packing status.
Document Control
We do not treat documentation as a final formality. It is part of delivery control, especially when a package contains many suppliers and many small accessory items.
Packing Control
Bundle protection, deformation risk, label position and loading support.
Wood crate condition, edge protection, standing direction and handling marks.
Strapping, member labels, sequence and forklift handling space.
Box labeling, quantity grouping, spare parts and missing-item prevention.
Moisture protection, carton/crate condition, model labels and supplier documents.
Container Loading
We record loading conditions and coordinate the container sequence so long profiles, glass crates, steel bundles and equipment can travel safely and be easier to identify when they arrive on site.
Handover Records
The goal is not only to ship materials out. The goal is to help your project team know what was packed, where it was loaded, and how to respond if something needs follow-up.
Key QC points, photos and supplier remarks before shipment.
Labels, box groups, crate references and material categories.
Container loading sequence and visible package condition.
Supplier coordination when missing, damaged or unclear items appear.
Plan Quality Before Shipment
We will explain what inspection, packing, document and loading control points are suitable for your greenhouse material package.
